Tried, Tested & Tasted - Call for Recipes

It has been proposed that we produce a Cookery book to celebrate the 100th Centenary of the SWI Dumfriesshire Federation. This will also incorporate updated Institute information,

All Institutes are invited to get involved with this project by initially sending in in to us your members favourite tried and tested recipes.

We would like from each Institute 2 traditional recipes and 2 modern recipes using up to date ingredients and can be either health conscious, vegan,vegetarian gluten free etc.

Recipes can be from any category of starters, main courses or sweets or baking.

A minimum 2 recipes from each Institute will be used for the cookery book, but we are requesting Institutes to submit 4 recipes in total in case of duplications. Recipes to be included will be finally chosen by the ladies involved in producing the book.
