Homeskills - convenor Helen Braid

The Convenor distributes information on homeskills subjects from Headquarters including proficiency tests. Organises, with the help of others, food etc for social events held within the Federation.

Handcrafts - Convenor Marjorie Pringle

The Convenor distributes information on handcraft subjects from Headquarters including proficiency tests. Arranges handcraft classes within the Federation. The Convenor also distributes information on Education subjects from Headquarters, including proficiency tests, and may be required to organise a test centre for those proficiency tests. 2025 Dumfriesshire Federation Show

The results are in! Another wonderful federation show, this year kindly supported by the Annandale and Nithsdale Community Benefit company. The show celebrated our members amazing talent and creativity in some very challenging categories. We would like to thank all the show committee, judges and our fantastic volunteers for all their hard work and dedication to the SWI and Dumfriesshire Federation.
